Is call them when they are late so that we dont let them fall through the cracks. If no phone number was on file I would send them a letter and finally if there was no responce I would send a registered letter and also post on the ccgtcc site for that member to contact me on the toll free phone line. I know this can be time consuming but I feel it is a critical part of the job. We need new members and to also keep every single existing club member. that is critical to our clubs future. I would Follow up on it just like it were a Real Estate lead. Agents know how to work leads and I have a lot of experience in that matter and those skills would cross over to membership very well.
