Until a couple of years ago their chips were mostly supplied by RTP and Dolphin.
Then they bought Dolphin. But, Dolphin doesnt (yet) have the manufacturing ability to embed RFID so I think they will only use them to produce roulettes. Matsui currently makes their regular chips for them.
