Charles, IMO there are a lot of chips IDed to locations that no one could ever prove.
Chip sellers get the ID's in so they can sell chips.
IMO, this is one of them.
I am a purist, show me the proof. There are no records on the diamond mold chips. There are many different CC chips out there. It is one of the most common monograms.
