Cache Creek info needed

Eastman's book shows a $1 RTP chip from Cache Creek with 3 sets of Blue/Red/Green inserts rather than the standard Lt Blue/Pink/Blue inserts. Has anyone seen one of these? Does anyone have one? Does anyone have an extra?
