No, the Caliente Club and the Corner Club were not the same place. 
Fuller's Index shows the Caliente Club at 169 Clover Street from 1950-1962 (Caliente Bar at that address in 1948)
Fuller's Index shows the Corner Club at 201 Clover Street from 1953-1963
