The chips in the photo are from Century Casino in Edmonton, Alberta. When I was first learning about different types of chips I thought they were Bud Jones. Between here and Chiptalk I now believe that the 50 cent chip is an RT Plastic chip, and would like to know who made the other chips in the rack. Are they Bud Jones and if so which version are they (V6, V7, S2, other?). They don't feel quite the same as a V7 (like the Borgata chips), and the mold design (numbers and edge spot colors in 3rds instead of the normal Bud Jones 4ths) doesn't appear in the design types that GPI shows in its Bud Jones catalog from its website. RTP also shows the different chip designs it manufactures and these designs don't appear on their website either. Is this a BJ or is this made by another manufacturer (I don't think it is a RTP)? Edgewater casino and River Rock (both in British Columbia) also use this style of chips.
Any insight to help me out would be appreciated. Being able to categorize chips beyond clay, ceramic and plastic is something I want to be able to do.
Thanks
