John - I agree. The robot searches listing titles for the word "like." That part is well known. I don't know why it took so long to spot Duke's listing - maybe they only run the program it periodically (which would shock me). You would think it could be programmed into the listing software to spot an soon the error as you attempt to upload the listing, and issue some kind of warning.

I doubt that there is a human explanation for the delay - in other words, I don't think it was awaiting review by a human, since the word "like" in Duke's context would not run afoul of the keyword spamming rule. Consider a book title such as "Like Father Like Son" - it wouldn't run afoul of the rule, but I wonder if the robots would zap it anyway.
