I'd argue though that although it is not a constitutional free speech issue it is a case of some of our friends on the chip board not recognizing the value of allowing all of us freedom of speech and expression. I'd also agree that Greg as the "owner" of the board certainly has the right to determine what appears on his board if he chooses. But I'd argue that the participants don't have the moral right to tell others what they can and can not say.

I hadn't heard your argument before that the First Amendment's symbolic placement first in the Bill of Rights was not significant. Are you sure that the founding fathers didn't view the First Amendment as the most important of those amendments which were adopted after the first two were defeated?
