I don't think that it is the same game but I have seen a version of Roulette where you can make a side bet that one number will hit 2 or three times in a row. That game had some exceptionally high payouts (like maybe 500:1) but the odds were like 1300:1 of hitting. Very high house percentage. I can't remember where I saw the game.
