Please watch the board this evening for another update. I will be ADDING another Ivory Poker Chip and a few other chips to Auction #1.
Some folks have inquired as to what the money will be used for. Bob has designated a couple of charitable organizations and ALL of the money raised will be sent by Greg Susong (the 'money point man' in this) directly to these charities in Bob's name.
I received a short email from Bob and he thanked his friends on Chipboard.com for their thoughts and prayers.
If you are not interested in bidding... you can STILL participate by sending a check to Greg Susong / PO Box 654 / Wellington, Kansas 67152. It will ALL be forwarded (in Bob's name) to the charities which Bob has selected.
I have had a few emails from folks who would like to donate some chips for a FOLLOWUP auction in Bob's name. If you would like to do so, please email me and I'll see if I can get another one together. Please limit the number of chips to 4 and let me know if it is o.k. to acknowledge your name and CCGTCC number in the scan we'll do of your contributed chips.
Thanks to Greg for these updates on Bob.
