There are many such tapes, and this apparently is what gave rise to the controversy. Observers of those tapes concluded that the official clock at Pimlico that day was wrong. But Pimlico refused to change the time of the official clock, which is understandable, given that no race would be official if it could be changed by years later by anyone disputing it.
