And this is what another seller told me:
Hello, I am selling these for a friend. At one time there was a factory in this area that prduced the chips. They are now out of business. It is my understanding that a renovation project at that facility uncovered a batch. How many, I do not know. I really do not know much about these chips other than they are indeed uncirculated.
