I have only dealt with Charles once before and that was the purchase of a $100 Hobsons Riverside chip. The chip never showed at the MN delivery address (good 'ole USPS!!) and after some friendly emails back & forward Charles sent a replacement chip from his own collection to me!!

I couldn't fault Charles' service & professionalism as an ebay seller and would have no hesitation in buying from him again.
