This is a true Dutch auction, not the misnamed ebay kind. The chip is offered at successively reduced prices until someone buys it or the owner decides to remove the offer. The first scan shows a bit of glue residue on one side. The other side is fine and will be shown in a subsequent scan. The auction starts at $40. Speak up if you want it at that price. If nobody does, then the offering price will be reduced.
