Where are all of the Playboy AC chips coming from?

Ebay is suddenly flooded with high dollar AC Playboy chips. And the sellers are all new to ebay (8 or 9 sales). Something is fishy to me - who walks out of a casino in 1981 with $2500 or more in $500 chips? He also has $25 and $100 chips in quantity.
