Looking at the scans/photos in the auction, I'd say that Part II of the system, Section 2 (Damage), item F (permanent stain) comes into play here.
Also, be sure to mention that a hot-stamp is a type of "inlay" and the chip ("cheque", as indicated in the auction) is hot-stamped on both sides and consequently has an "inlay" on both sides.
If you don't wish to let the seller know these additional details, I'd be happy to send a polite email to the seller.
