Aaron - I have a humerous adverting card from one of Bohart's other businesses. Sorry but don't have a scan handy.

On the front it's marked "BOHART'S CASINO" "501 S. Adams" (that's Peoria) with a picture of some dice. On the back there's a photo of a nude woman with a shotgun (well not exactly nude, she's wearing wading boots and a hunting cap) with the caption:

"T' hell with the ducks. Where are the duck hunters!"

Maybe you have to be from Peoria to appreciate that one.

Best I can piece together, it was Frank Bohart and Lyle Peak. Several locations connected to them in Peoria, Canton, and Springfield, Illinois. The chips shipped to Canton.
