Isn't it a port or docks at the location Thomas gave you? Since WV is landlocked it must be a river town with a port for handling river traffic...barges and that kinda thing. Maybe the people working at the port or docks (at Dunbar, WV) had a game. I bet a little searching on Google would verify this.
