Yes it is 12-3 Illinois time. Even though it is in IN, it is in Central time. I would like to be able to say I had down IN time since I am in IN, but since I was unaware of the different time zone till later (and put down the3), I don't think it will wash.

He made meaware of it, and said he would ship it back, seemed simpler to send it to you since my hand and arm are still somewhat uncooperative.
