What would you do if this happened to you? I won an auction for a chip on ebay. Before I paid for it I noticed the item relisted by the seller with the SAME EXACT SCAN. I e-mail the seller questioning what I saw and was promised a chip in "at least that good condition". You probably know what happened.

When the chip arrived, it was not even close to the condition of the scan. The one I received has several weak HS letters while the chip in the scan has a full, strong HS. My chip has several more rim nicks than the chip in the scan. Did the seller think that I would not notice the difference even after questioning him?

This seller has a rating of over 500 and there was no indication from his feedback that he would not honor his promise to deliver to me a higher quality chip than he did.

How angry should I be?
