I have seen, in my short time on this board, common $1 chips go from $3 a chip and $4 if obsolete, even if very common, to frequents sales at $2.50, $2 and even $1.50. I have seen some less common chips selling at the same prices. Of course, that trend has been happening even while the economy was robust.
