I have been to AC twice for purely gambling purposes. (More for ACCCC meetings, but I rarely gamble more than 40 dollars on ACCCC Meeting days.) I went to AC once with my ex-wife, and once with my current wife. Both times they frequented the slot machines, while I played at the tables. Both trips were for a day. For a year after each trip we recieved free nights, food, parking, slotplay. The rooms were never on days we could use them, but we were happy we got them. I did think it was odd how little we gambled to get them.

Conversly, my wife and I have been to Vegas twice in 18 months,and are going back in June. We gamble alot, but not at high dollar amounts. Five days of gambling at TI including a 7 hour stretch at the paigow poker table, and we have not even received a t-shirt. I was not expecting a free night, or RFB, but heck they could have comped my buffet lunch.
