The "2" and the "0" are the only two numbers that
are side-by-side on both the layout and the wheel
(American wheel). The 2-0 bet is hardly understood
in Vegas as being a split bet for some reason. It's
very popular in the Caribbean and on Florida's
floating casinos. On an American layout you can get
to the "2" 14-ways (just on the inside, alone).
