I tip $1-$2 every pot I win EXCEPT when I raise the blinds and everyone folds. I once took a roll of .50 coins with me to the table to tip when this situation arose. The first dealer I gave .50 to under this scenario gave me a look of disgust and made a snide remark. I never tried it again. In a 4/8 game with $2 and $4 blinds, what am I supposed to do? Tip $1? That is like 17% of the pot. Not happening.

When I play craps, I frequently place bets for the dealers, and tip 5-10% of my winnings. If I lose, I am verrrrrrrrry sorry.
