Don is correct, the new HP scanners don't have power switches... Unfortunately when I upgraded to WIN98SE, the driver for my HP ScanJet IIcx now wants the scanner to also be powered while the computer is booting - as if it was one of the new scanners...???... I need to dig in and fix the driver with the HP one, and not the Microsoft one...

Sorry about the digression...

To add "make labels on the chips", one needs to use a graphics program - such as PhotoDelux (or PhotoShop or another graphics package...). Which one do you have?
