... Someone said his grandkids do his ebay auctions and I suspect that is who I was dealing with rather than Joe. After much confusion and seemingly endless mis-communications I got a $5 Playboy note and was credited the difference, it was shipped quickly, and carges were fair. I have no problems other than the bizzare communications.
