Forget understanding English and not responding to emails & questions, this man is an extortionist!!! He charged $11 for $2.70 shipping and then all the chips are banging around together inside the package. At $11 I'd expect it to at least be wrapped properly. Will never, EVER use Joe's services again and I suggest everyone else beware.
