(I don't want my response to indicate whether or not any specific Club member has submitted a Nomination, so I will answer you as if the Membership asked the question. And thank you for the question.)

After I assemble and send out the Judge's Pamphlets, I then re-edit the Un-Official OTY Viewing Site to display the Top Ten Finalists. It is at that point we have an "open season" for 'griping and complaining' as you put it. I just see it as voicing an opinion and unless the speaker has submitted a Nomination, it's a non-binding opinion!

This Nomination process is so simple that any on-line member can do it. Just send me an email, identify your selections, include you Membership Number and snail-mail address.
