It has never sold out that I am aware of.
I think we were 2 short last year for all tables to be 10 handed.

There are always options in poker, 11 handed tables, pull the chair as soon as you lose a player, standby's, and if those options are used up, I would have opened another table in the regular poker room.
You can always take a break dealer to open another table. It only takes roughly an hour or less to break a table in no limit.

We are limited to the number of scheduled dealers.

The first year at the Palms we put 8 to 10 standbys in.
