There was a lot of these made but very few have ever shown up. They were given away with bets in the sportsbook. They were in key chains.
The guy that furnished the key chains gave me this one.
A guy that works at the MGM approached me last year and had 1 of each of the NCV's for sale at $300 each. I passed but would have loved to have the 2nd one.
He said he was going to put them on ebay, don't know if he did.
