Finding a great steakhouse in New York City is a no-brainer. There are a LOT of them. If you go to Peter Luger's, Ben Benson's, Smith & Wollensky's, etc. you're just about guaranteed to have a memorable meal.

Last night I ate (for the first time) at the Strip House in the Planet Hollywood Hotel here in Las Vegas. I have to say, it was one of the best steaks I've ever had in my entire life, and I've been to most of the great ones. The original Strip House is in New York as well and I'll bet it's amazing too.
