Liability/? Simpy sending out informative emails pointing out the fact has no liability. We have some very sharp people in our club, and I would never sell them short. I have afeeling we could come up with a very well worded email. In fact a few of them, to deal with different situations.

I would recommend to potential committee to start working out all of the wording ahead of time, and once finished we could even get feedback from the BOD.
