You could still put a token on a wire, drop it in the slot, trip the reels, and pull it out.
Fairly cheap slot play!!!!!!

One day at Binions, a player called for a tech. I responded.
He had hit 1 cherry, and the machine had not paid.

I noticed,he had 9 racks of tokens stacked up. The machine had been filled 3 times in a little over an hour. I pulled on the handle and the reels spun, no token put in!!! He had been free pulling for quite some time.

So, the big dummy tried to get a couple $ for his 1 cherry, and would up having his 9 racks taken away, and booted out on Fremont St.
