True, but my point is that whatever club matters are expressed on the club message board have a much better chance of being read by the BOD than here. Let's not forget the club message board is the official message board regarding club business; anything else is not... and, if we're talking about attracting the BOD attention (...and not assuming they're reading this BBS), why not do it where they will be sure to read our views...?

Nothing like a guarantee, I would think.

Jim Reilly had a good idea at one time; he would post club related matters here, on the club board and at Chequers as well.
