I bought a single chip and waited some 2 weeks to receive it. I then offered to buy the rest (closer to $1000). I told him I would send a check immeditately (I offered to paypal, which should indicate I'm not out to screw anyone). In return I asked to him to send chips the next day. Now I've dealt with many people on this board. Whether buying or selling, my end gets done immediately. The seller refused. I just didn't want to wait another couple of weeks for what for me, would have been a bunch of duplicates.

I'm sure if I needed the chip I would have waited the two weeks. For chips I don't need, no.
