How does he know you sent the money? What's to keep you from denying recieving the coins? Him from sending them? You from stopping payment?
For $7000 I would not send coins to someone who 'promised to pay' I would want them to "SHO ME DA MONEY". Otherwise I would be the NUMBER ONE target for scammers.
If you get cheated there are recources, but no one wants to have to be faced with that avenue so if they can avoid it they do. You're seller avoided the possibility of you stilling him. The grocery store make me pay before giving me the groceries and my feeling aren't hurt. What's the big deal here? I don't think it's personal with your seller or my grocery store, that's the way they do business.
Like I said about friends, If a friend owned a grocery store he might let me owe him for a little while and I might let him keep the change until next time. Be we ain't friends.
