A collector builds his collection over time. He finds he has 3 of 4 chips that he needs to complete a set. He goes from dealer to dealer in hopes of finding that chip that will complete his set. Almost all collections would be alot smaller without trade sessions. Smaller collections don't help the dealers or the hobby.

The hobby grows as a result of trade sessions. It does not get weaker because of trade sessions.

Most everyone goes to the Convention with a "Budget" to spend on chips. Trade sessions do not reduce the budget one plans on spending on chips.

Now everyone will have an extra 8 hours to sit at a slot machine and lose that money that they were going to spend with the Dealers the next day.

Who wants to haul their traders 2500 miles for a couple of 3 hour trade sessions.

Just another issue to create more division in the Club.
