Thanks Larry. What had me confused is that using $10 in scrap silver coin, times .7, came out to $7 which is below face value. So what you and CT are saying is to add the $7 to the $10 face value?
Wouldn't it be preferable to say 17 times face ... or $17 for each dollar of face value in silver coin?
If that is so ... somebody ought to jump on Don Lueders offer to sell at 13 x face, plus postage.
