So I am clear... do you mean attacks on Americans on foreign soil, or do you mean attacks by non-Americans on persons situated on actual American soil? Since the records/definitions etc kept by Homeland Security can't be compared to periods before the org. existed (or at least those numbers are unknown to me), I would not begin to argue which president presided over more such attacks. My challenge was to your statement that there have been ZERO attacks (even major ones) since 9/11.
