I got a very garbled phone message from Comcast yesterday saying that the problem was taken care of. The lady never identified herself, never said she was from Comcast, had an accent that was so bad I couldn't understand 90% of what she said and never left a call back number in case the problem had not been resolved. I had a number to call but it was a recorded message so after another 24 hours I called their main number again where they said that thye were still working on the problem. Looks like Comcast is back to their customer service problems of 10 years ago.
