If memory serves (that's a toss-up) that place is/was called the Keno Casino and not the Reef Casino. I assumed that they were just using old chips from the Reef. It's been about 4 years since I was there so who knows.
I did get a $5 and a $25 Reef and I'll bet they cost me more than the $25 chip you pocketed.
I picked up the $25 and $5 in plain sight of the dealer and said I had to go to the rest room. Upon exiting the rest room he wanted his chips back. I said I would cash them in at the "cage" which was about 10 feet away. I did go to the cage and made a transaction, but the transaction consisted of me cashing in a 25 cent slot token. Then I hit the bricks with two VERY expensive chips in my pocket.
