I've made the LV-Reno run a number of times but I've quit planning overnight stops on that route. Haven't been to Pahrump. Tonopah doesn't have any live gaming but I could be wrong. I just looked at the Tonapah Station website and it may be slots only as it was last time I stopped in. The room rates at this place were outrageous but the motel I usually used was abandoned. Ended up at The Clown Motel. Yep. Never found the tables open at El Capitan during weekdays daylight hours. Slots only in Beatty is what I reckon. Folks in Hawthorne are friendly and tame, the rest of the towns along the way are very very creepy. Ever seen Texas Chainsaw Massacre? Do Not run over the tumbleweeds out thata way, they'll kill your tires. Sounds really boring Mark, but hope you have fun anyway, good luck!
