Cigarman... I'm a regular guy hoping to make money on a special item(s) I have. I had absolutely no clue what these are worth, so I put up what I considered to be a rather large number.. $1000, just to see if anybody would bite on this. My thinking is that folks might want something pretty rare from a place like Iraq and might just pay the $1000 to have it.

Yes, I originally offered these for ALOT less on this message board. Then, after speaking to friends, I was advised to try my luck on ebay, where I would have a wider audience. It is proving to have been excellent advice.

I will not hype these plaques anymore. Hopefully, I only have to sell a couple more anyway (if the folks who bid but didn't win want to buy the others). I have not been nor am I now trying to dupe any of you on this board. Again, I am not a collector myself, so if I have come off as disrespectful to the board, I apologize. For me, it's about making a little money. It's like trading in a used vehicle. The dealership quotes you a price on your trade-in and it's almost comical how they try to lowball you. I am trying to sell something here and get the best amount possible. I am not purposefully trying to step on the toes of all you collectors.

I have no bids on the actual 5,25 and 100 unit chip sets on ebay yet. How about this. I would like to hear feedback from the board as to what those should sell for and if any of you are interested in those and maybe we can reach a happy compromise (provided they dont start receiving bids on ebay until I hear back from you folks).
