If you choose to use the title of "Ph.D."; how about telling the board IF & __HOW__ that earned title gives you some exceptional knowledge
on CHIP COLLECTING. If the title is UNRELATED to Chipping - how about saving it's use for some other place and
someone who cares a "Flying Fantasy Chip" about "Titles" ?
