1. But wouldn't the person who took that .50¢ chip have to be caught trying to run up the value before he/she could be charged with cheating?
2. I'm confident that my very capable attorney, Jim Reilly Esq., could convince the judge that "running it back in at $1 or more" is not the ONLY reason these chips take a hike.
