About a year ago, I had lost track of the fact that Victories Indian casino in Northern Michigan was going away as the tribe was building the new Odawa. When I went up there in June, Odawa had just opened a couple of days before. I had a very similar experience to yours. It was 100x times better than Victories. It is now one of my favorite little haunts.
