Dick, I was told by a slot card manager on the Contessa day cruise boat, that slot cards cost $.03 each to produce. The next time I went back on a cruise they were using blank cards with a magnetic strip on the back. They still were using the bungee cords with the name of the ship. I sure hope Carolyn has a scan of the blank card in her new book!
