Ooooh! Thank you Jim Reilly! I'm biting my tounge and trying real hard to avoid opening up this discussion again. But certainly, the term "buy-in" has more weight than the term "rent" as one poster has suggested. There is no doubt in my mind that it may be the casino POLICY not to allow roulettes to "walk" from the tables. Nowhere have I seen a sign that it is against the "law" or "illegal" to walk with them.
On the other hand, if someone were to misrepresent their buy-in value and attempt to play chips they paid $1 for in a nickel or quarter game... that's a chip of another color. You can be my mouthpiece in any test case I may become involved in Jim. <g>
