What lesson? It's been good advertising, a very nice bonus for the employees, and shows absolutely no sign of impacting future chip sales.

I've learned 2 lessons.
1) I like eBay. On eBay, you can at least see who's bidding, and get some sense of whether the bids and excitement is real or made up.
2) I'm glad I don't collect Vegas LEs.
