He still gets the email you send and can look at it from the various ports he stops at. I am under the impression, after the submissions are email accepted, he will then advise who and where to send your offerrings.

If this is not correct, then he will post the correct info at his first opportunity. Trust me, he watches me like a hawk. As if I were a rabbit!
